*VIP ROOM 또는 VIP BOOTH 는 부득이 하게 예약금(200,000원)을 받고 있습니다. 예약금은 미니멈 차지에 합산 됩니다.
**미니멈 차지 안내 (VIP ROOM 800,000원, VIP BOOTH 700,000원, TABLE 또는 BAR TABLE 또한 주말기준 미니멈 차지 발생 할 수 있습니다)
1. 대한민국 신분증, 외국인 등록증, 여권등을 반드시 지참해주시고 소지하지 않을 시 입장 제한 될 수 있습니다.
2. 예약시간 준수 부탁드리며 불가피하게 예약시간 지키지 못할 시 (070-8833-4705)연락 주십시오.
3. 예약시간이 장시간 지체 될 경우 OV측에서 예약 취소 할 수 있습니다.
4. 현장에서 예약된 인원 외 추가 인원 입장시 담당자에게 반드시 통보 하여야 하며 관리자의 판단하에 입장 제한 될 수 있습니다.
5. 주취자등 영업방해 요소의 일행은 관리자의 판단하에 입장 제한 될 수 있습니다.
6. 테이블당 이용 인원을 필히 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
**환불 기준
저희 서비스를 이용해 주시는 고객 여러분께 감사드립니다. 예약 취소 및 환불 규정은 아래와 같이 운영되오니 참고 부탁드립니다.
1. 방문 당일 취소: 결제 금액의 70% 환불
2. 방문 1일 전까지 취소: 결제 금액의 80% 환불
3. 방문 2일 전까지 취소: 결제 금액의 90% 환불
4. 방문 3일 전까지 취소: 결제 금액의 100% 전액 환불
환불 요청은 반드시 예약 확인 후 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.

Reservation Guidelines for Tables
*VIP ROOM or VIP BOOTH reservations require a mandatory deposit of 200,000 KRW. The deposit will be applied towards the minimum charge.
**Minimum Charge Information: VIP ROOM 800,000 KRW, VIP BOOTH 700,000 KRW. Minimum charges may also apply to TABLE or BAR TABLE reservations on weekends.
1. You must bring a valid South Korean ID, Alien Registration Card, or passport. Entry may be restricted if you do not have one of these documents.
2. Please adhere to the reservation time. If you are unable to arrive on time, contact us at (070-8833-4705).
3. If there is a significant delay in your reservation time, OV may cancel the reservation.
4. If additional guests arrive who were not included in the original reservation, you must notify the staff. Entry for additional guests is subject to management's discretion.
5. Entry may be restricted for guests who are intoxicated or are deemed to be disrupting the business, at the discretion of the management.
6. Please confirm the number of guests per table.
**Refund Policy Guidelines
Thank you for choosing our services. Please refer to the following refund policy for cancellations:
1. Cancellation on the day of the visit: 70% refund of the total payment
2. Cancellation up to 1 day before the visit: 80% refund of the total payment
3. Cancellation up to 2 days before the visit: 90% refund of the total payment
4. Cancellation up to 3 days before the visit: Full 100% refund of the total payment
Refund requests must be submitted after confirming your reservation.
